Sarah is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives. She has worked in the legal profession for over 16 years, 10 of those dealing with wills, estates and capacity matters.

Sarah works with both Jersey residents and foreign domiciled clients to assist them with Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, liaising with intermediaries and other advisers, where appropriate, to ensure that estate planning mechanisms are utilised to the best advantage of the client. As well as dealing with estate planning, Sarah has a wealth of experience in dealing with the submission of probate applications in Jersey and the administration of estates from the most straightforward of matters to those involving ongoing businesses or family disputes.

In addition, Sarah has a keen interest and involvement in looking after the property and financial affairs of individuals who are no longer able to do so themselves, assisting Advocate Nicolle who acts as court-appointed delegate (financial guardian) or where the firm has been appointed as attorney under a Lasting Power of Attorney. Sarah has significant experience in this area and always works to ensure that the best interests of the individual are met in line with the Capacity and Self Determination Law.
