  • The registration of non-Jersey powers of attorney and guardianship orders with the Royal Court.
  • Advice in relation to acting as a delegate (financial guardian) when there is no lasting power of attorney.
  • Through our administration company, NM Administration Limited, we act as financial attorney for local residents who would like independent representation.
  • Assistance with court applications by delegates, including statutory Will applications Assisting with applications for children who inherit assets.

 

Clare Nicolle also acts as delegate for those who lack the capacity to manage their financial affairs and as tutrice (financial guardian) for children who inherit assets.
