Nick Marshall TEP

Nick is an Advocate and an English Solicitor. He has significant experience advising on Jersey law private wealth structures and on a wide range of company and commercial matters, employee incentive arrangements and charities law.

Nick also acts for a variety of private lenders providing secured private finance to Jersey individuals and business.

Having spent much of his career as a partner in commercial firms in Manchester, he also advises on a variety of English corporate and commercial matters, and media and sports law, primarily for corporate service providers. Previously, he has acted for numerous sporting individuals, Premier League and Championship football clubs, motorsport teams and other sporting organisations.

Nick has also been in-house counsel and a director in Jersey fiduciary services companies, advising on trust, company and commercial matters. He has been involved in complex and high-value structures for private and corporate clients, including those involving trading companies, real estate, and music and other intellectual property.

Nick was the first person to be awarded the Masters in Law degree (LLM) by the Institute of Law in Jersey and has been recognised in the past in The Legal 500 for private client and trust work. He is a Full Member of STEP and holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in UK Tax for International Clients.
